The addition of a microwave oven, electric kettle, and dishwasher in my loft was very thoughtful. I booked the hotel for its super location next to Perugia and the square. - There was Ristorante Il Baldo within easy walking distance from the venue.

My room included central heating, multi-channel TV, and a microwave oven. It also had a handy kitchenette. The location was marvellous in the middle of jackson, easy walk to an ancient well.

We were in a loft with a lounge and a kitchen area. Location: the hotel was close enough to Perugia. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Kundera Caffe Bistrot.
The hotel needed updating.

The breakfast spread had a nice variety of options, the double room came equipped with an electric kettle, central heating, and an iron, and the location was very close to the city center.

The Umbrian Concierge - Cozy Loft Vannucci was exceptionally clean and spacious. The location - right above Piazza IV Novembre - was incredible – we could see the Duomo and the Fontana Maggiore from our windows. The hosts were amazing - always quick to answer our questions and provide detailed instructions. The best part was the service – they fixed a small problem in the shower within 15 minutes!

The central heating, multi-channel TV, and coffee/tea making facilities in the double room were really convenient. Having a bath in the private bathroom was a nice touch. - the location was great, being close to both Perugia and the square.

An amazing loft in the heart of Perugia! Fabulous apartment, great location, well-equipped, spacious, felt safe. Fast & helpful hosts. However, who needs instructions or a bath when you can admire the Duomo from the window and listen to the piazza noise all night? So worth the slightly overpriced stay!

I keep coming back to this cozy loft. It has Wi-Fi, a TV, and a lift. The staff helped me with bug spray once. Perfect for me! VIP check-in/out, no pets or smoking. Can't wait to come back for Christmas!

I recently stayed at a fabulous apartment in the very center of town for a few days. It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed. The view from the windows was amazing, overlooking the Duomo and Fontana Maggiore. The lounge area was a great place to relax and plan my daily activities. The staff, Marco, Marco, and Michele, were extremely helpful and professional. This is truly one of the best apartments I've ever stayed in. Highly recommended!
